About the Role
- Job Type: Internship (10h)
- Duration: May 1st, 2025 – July 31st, 2025 (3 months)
- Location: Remote
- Stipend: $600 per month

As an Events Intern, you will…
Gain Hands-On Event Planning Experience
- Assist in the full cycle of planning and executing large-scale educational events, such as LibertyCon and various leadership retreats, giving you practical experience in event logistics, coordination, and management.
Develop Leadership and Training Curriculum Skills
- Work with the North American programs team to improve and implement new training materials, enhancing your curriculum development skills and understanding of leadership training.
Enhance Collaboration and Teamwork Abilities
- Collaborate across multiple departments within SFL, learning how to work with diverse teams, manage cross-functional projects, and maintain effective communication channels.
Improve Organizational and Project Management Skills
- Support complex event operations, developing your ability to organize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Cultivate Problem-Solving and Adaptability
- Experience real-world problem-solving in a dynamic, event-driven environment, learning to adapt to changing circumstances and think critically in high-pressure situations.
Build a Strong Professional Network
- Connect with liberty-minded professionals and students across North America, expanding your professional network and opportunities in the liberty movement.
Qualifications
- Native English speaker or fluent
- Passion for event planning, training, and leadership development
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
