Its goal is to fill the intellectual gap in Brazil’s regional landscape by combining study groups, events, and transparent institutional governance. The project serves students, professionals, and the broader public with structured, non-partisan programming grounded in sound strategy and community engagement.

The Institute’s unique value lies in its consistent presence: anchored by long-standing initiatives like the Dragão do Mar Study Group and strategic projects that blend academic rigor, outreach, and practical action.
