Offering A Structured Environment Where Participants Can Monitor Local Politicians, Organize Public Actions

Impact Project: Locomotiva da Liberdade

The initiative offers a structured environment where participants can monitor local politicians, organize public actions, provide legal or civic responses to political abuses, and grow as principled activists. It also serves as a hub for training in political strategy, civic education, and community impact, giving young members the tools to lead with independence and integrity. Locomotiva da Liberdade positions itself as an alternative to partisan interests, focusing on building a culture of responsibility, transparency, and voluntary action.

What makes the project unique is its foundation in a network of young activists who already produce visible impact in their communities. The team’s cohesion, experience, and public presence give the initiative credibility rarely found in youth political groups. Instead of being co-opted by old political dynamics, participants join a space that prioritizes freedom, accountability, and the desire to shape a better future for São Paulo and beyond.

Initial Objectives:

  • Host up to 10 public events.
  • Reach more than 200 participants across activities.
  • Conduct up to 5 internal training sessions.
  • Publish up to 5 articles.
  • Produce up to 50 social media posts.
  • Hold up to 15 internal meetings.
  • Raise up to R$25,000 in local fundraising.
