The initiative creates a supportive ecosystem where beginners and experienced young entrepreneurs meet, share insights, and learn together. Through study groups, workshops, mentorship sessions, and community events, the project brings classical liberal principles into everyday practice. Participants explore themes like voluntary cooperation, individual responsibility, and the value of merit, while developing skills in business management, marketing, leadership, public speaking, and innovation.
What makes Jovem Empreende stand out is its hybrid model: values-based economic education combined with practical training and a mentorship network built from real young entrepreneurs. This structure gives participants both conceptual clarity and hands-on experience, helping them grow in autonomy, resilience, and long-term vision. The project aims to form a generation capable of starting and scaling businesses, launching social initiatives, and influencing their communities through responsible and creative leadership grounded in liberty.
