Bio: Arshi, an academic researcher on HR Analytics and a pro-libertarian leader of SFL, has been active in various social and developmental activities. Her activities as the Divisional Coordinator for SERAC-Bangladesh or the Chapter Leader in LOLA have been valuable for community development projects. Arshi’s academic journey in Human Resource Management was completed at her alma mater, the University of Chittagong. Arshi believes that a person’s voice of opinion is well expressed through their arts, so she actively participates in different forms of art and prioritizes Artistic Freedom in personal life. Along with that, her activities focus on economic freedom, free market economy, digital security, and liberty. Recently, she has been conducting a research project on organizations and industries that have adopted the use of Cloud HRIMS. Besides that, Arshi remains active with creative literary practices and works as a vocalist for Chittagong Music Society production house.
