Students For Liberty (SFL) is the largest pro-liberty student organization in the world, with students active in 117 countries on every inhabited continent. With a multi-million dollar budget and over 70 full-time staff members, we serve pro-liberty students in their pursuit to become leaders of liberty. About the Role 

  • Job Type: Internship (10h)
  • Duration: May 1st, 2025 – July 31st, 2025 (3 months)
  • Location: Remote  
  • Stipend: $600 per month

As a Programs Intern, you will…

Master HR Processes

  • Gain hands-on experience in conducting student interviews, managing onboarding, and ensuring a smooth integration of new members into the SFL network.

Develop Engagement and Retention Strategies

  • Learn how to re-engage inactive community members, apply retention strategies, and maintain an active, vibrant student network within SFL.

Enhance Communication and Support Skills

  • Build strong interpersonal communication skills by responding to student inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues to improve overall student satisfaction.

Track and Analyze Engagement Metrics

  • Develop your ability to track student engagement metrics and feedback, while offering insights and recommendations to enhance community involvement.

Expand Your Leadership and Collaboration Skills

  • Collaborate closely with North American program staff to ensure the growth of SFL’s community, learning how to work in a team setting to foster student engagement and leadership development.

Cultivate a Proactive Approach to Problem-Solving

  • Gain experience in troubleshooting student concerns, proactively identifying areas for improvement and contributing solutions to ensure a thriving student community.

Build a Strong Professional Network

  • Establish meaningful connections with liberty-minded peers and mentors across North America, expanding your opportunities in both the liberty movement and professional arenas.
