About the Role
The Brazilian Campaign Associate will play a key role in executing and coordinating impactful campaigns across the country. This position involves project management, strategic communication, event logistics, and stakeholder engagement, all aimed at expanding Students For Liberty Brazil’s reach and impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong organizational skills and a passion for liberty, who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute campaign-related tasks to ensure project goals are met.
- Create and oversee communication and marketing materials (copywriting, graphics, videos).
- Coordinate collaborative actions across departments and with volunteers.
- Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations and institutions.
- Manage vendor and logistics partner relationships.
- Plan and execute events, ensuring all logistical aspects run smoothly.
- Organize and deliver training sessions aligned with the organization’s mission.
- Mobilize and engage volunteers, coordinators, and stakeholders in campaigns.
- Develop initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage stakeholder communication via email, social media, and other platforms.
Qualifications
Required:
- Commitment to Students For Liberty’s mission and values.
- Proven experience in project coordination, communication, or campaign management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with volunteers
- Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Previous experience in event planning or logistics.
- Background in political activism, marketing, or nonprofit work.
- Familiarity with communication tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and volunteer mobilization.
