This project builds a youth-led streaming platform to inform, inspire, and mobilize public debate in Bolivia. Responding to institutional fragility and disillusionment, the program simplifies complex civic topics and equips viewers with practical actions they can take across national, departmental, and municipal levels.
The format is agile and digital-first: a one-hour streaming episode twice per month, split into two interview blocks, and repackaged into six short-form video clips for social media. The show centers on credible, pluralistic dialogue, focusing on translating public policy into understandable insights and encouraging citizen engagement.
Initial Objectives:
- Launch biweekly streaming episodes on YouTube and Facebook
- Produce and distribute 36 short video clips within the first 3 months
- Reach 500,000 views in a single month through strategic content distribution (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Generate civic discussion around each episode’s topics
- Achieve financial sustainability starting month 3 via local donations and partnerships
