Formando Líderes is a leadership development initiative focused on public high school students in Manaus. It equips adolescents, especially those from underserved areas, with the tools to become active agents of change in their schools and communities. Through training sessions, mentorship, and practical activities, the project fosters leadership, autonomy, civic engagement, and a deep appreciation for individual freedom and Amazonian identity.
What makes the project stand out is its structured and context-aware methodology. Rather than isolated workshops, Formando Líderes offers a full-cycle experience: theoretical grounding, real-world application, and mentorship tailored to the realities of youth in the region. The project promotes ethical leadership, diversity, freedom of expression, and individual responsibility, creating a new generation of civic-minded leaders rooted in liberty.
