BUB Network (Break Unemployment Barrier Network) is a youth-led initiative designed to tackle unemployment in Rwanda by empowering students and recent graduates, especially those in rural areas, with job-readiness tools, entrepreneurial mindsets, and liberty-aligned values. Rooted in principles of voluntarism, digital inclusion, and economic freedom, the program provides access to practical resources through job alert groups, CV workshops, innovation contests, and job-prep bootcamps. Combining digital platforms with in-person training and strategic partnerships, BUB Network bridges the gap between education and the labor market while fostering a culture of self-reliance and opportunity creation.
Initial Objectives:
- Equip 500+ youth with job-seeking tools.
- Host two national summits.
- Train 200 students in digital employability skills.
- Connect 100 youth to internships or volunteer roles.
- Launch and grow a nationwide WhatsApp job network.
