Bio: Valentín, born in San Luis, Argentina, began his public-policy involvement in 2018 during high school, when he was selected for Argentina’s National Youth Parliament. He earned a BA in International Relations from the University of Pécs, Hungary (2023), where he also co-founded SFL Hungary. In 2024, he joined Prometheus Fellowship, and in 2025 completed a postgraduate degree in Technological Management at Universidad Nacional de San Luis. That same year, he was selected by the U.S. Embassy in Argentina for its Young Leaders Program for his work with civil society. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship at Hochschule Worms in Germany.
