Mumbai, India — May 23, 2023 — Students For Liberty (SFL) South Asia is thrilled to announce the launch of applications for their highly anticipated Local Coordinator Program. As the largest pro-liberty student organization globally, Students For Liberty aims to educate, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders for liberty in all aspects of society. The program offers a unique volunteering opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to actively promote the principles of liberty within their college campuses and communities.

Students For Liberty is renowned for providing comprehensive training and resources to help individuals become effective leaders. By joining the Local Coordinator Program, participants will enjoy numerous benefits, including:

SFL’s Local Coordinator Program has experienced significant growth since its inception in 2008. In South Asia, SFL has established a presence in all eight countries, including Maldives and Bhutan. Selected Local Coordinators will have the opportunity to participate in an online summer training at the SFL Academy, where they will gain fundamental knowledge of economic, political, and libertarian principles, as well as a deeper understanding of the organization’s operations. Exceptional leaders will also be invited to an engaging and immersive SFL Leadership Retreat, providing further opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Past participants of the program have gone on to make a lasting impact in various sectors. Many have founded think tanks, launched successful businesses, pursued careers in media and academia, and even been elected to public office. Furthermore, SFL’s extensive network has proven advantageous for individuals in legal, scientific, technical, and medical fields.
