Emanuele Martinelli authored 45 articles over the course of last year, averaging almost one publication per week! He is ESFL's Writer of the Year

Emanuele Martinelli is our Regional Coordinator for Italy and Switzerland. He has actively built up the region both with his recruitment and events organisation, but also with his fundraising and partnership building.

If that were not enough to make Emanuele a truly versatile advocate for liberty, he is also a PhD student, focusing on the overlap of technology, AI, and ethics, as well as a prolific writer. So much so, that he authored 45 articles over the course of last year, averaging almost one publication per week!

Ema’s articles appeared in Speak Freely and Learn Liberty, as well as in multiple local and international partner publications, such as the Swiss Liberales Institute, or Young Voices. Beyond that, Emanuele participated in essay competitions, and authored the winning Prometheus Fellowship essay.

For all of his work, he is European Students For Liberty’s Writer of the Year!

This piece solely expresses the opinion of the author and not necessarily the organization as a whole. Students For Liberty is committed to facilitating a broad dialogue for liberty, representing a variety of opinions.
