Bio: Oluwadamilola Adepoju is the Leadership & Training Manager at African Students For Liberty, where she leads initiatives to recruit, develop, and support emerging freedom leaders across Africa. She oversees leadership programmes, coordinator engagement, and capacity-building initiatives that empower young people to champion liberty in their communities.
With several years of experience in program management, leadership development, nonprofit management, and youth engagement, she is passionate about building strong leaders, creating transformative learning experiences, and developing systems that enable young people to make a lasting impact.
Oluwadamilola is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, an MBA in Sustainability, and a Certificate in Public Leadership and Policy (CPLP) from the School of Politics, Policy, and Governance. She has also completed professional certifications in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Lagos Business School, as well as Think Tank Management and Leader Lab from Atlas Network Academy.
Outside of work, Oluwadamilola loves exploring new places, trying different cuisines, and experiencing new cultures through travel.
