Abeed Khader
Alumni,
Abeed is a building facade engineer and consultant by profession. Even though from an engineering background, he is passionately interested in political philosophy, economics, public policy, and law. This led him to spend 5 years as a volunteer in Students For Liberty. During his tenure he has taken various crucial roles in the organization, which included the title South Asian Executive Board Chairman, South Asian Academic Programs & Research Chair, and South Indian Regional Director. He had also been selected as one among SFL’s top 50 global student leaders for two consecutive years. Abeed aims to be a prominent intellectual in the Hayekian sense to advance the ideals and benefits of libertarianism. The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand had a great influence over him that he decided to try, explore, and eventually still continues in a profession related to architecture. His other favorite libertarian intellectuals are David Friedmann, Jason Brennan, and Cory Massimino.
