Bio: Andre has been involved with the libertarian movement for almost ten years. He held many roles throughout the years, from a Local Coordinator in south Brazil to later becoming Brazilian Programs Director at SFL. Then, he moved on to the private sector to help run a 20 million USD marketing operation, and one of his projects was nominated in 2021 alongside The New York Times as the Best Digital Commerce Initiative by the International News Media Association. Back at SFL since 2022, Freo has directed the Prometheus Fellowship Program from scratch, growing it into a multi-year, professional and philosophical program for over 100 students from 46 countries.
Since March 2024, Freo has been the Director of International Programs.
