Gabriel Calzada holds a doctorate in economics from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Spain, and has published over a thousand articles across a variety of international media outlets. Calzada is the founder of the Instituto Juan de Mariana and is currently the president of Universidad de las Hesperides and the Mont Pelerin Society.
