Rachel Altman is a D.C. native in her senior year at Tulane University, where she studies political economy and marketing. She’s written before for the Washington Examiner, The Independent and USA Today and interned wjth the Cato Institute and in the U.S. Senate. When she’s not busy promoting limited government and civil liberties, she loves to bake and learn new languages.
