Will Riddle

Will Riddle serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Students For Liberty. Will brings a rich blend of global corporate leadership and non-profit operational expertise to SFL. His career began at NASA working on the Launch Control System, and he then spent 16 years at IBM, leading global deployments across more than 60 countries.  His desire to help others, led Will to join the non-profit world through Prison Fellowship, where his became SVP of Strategic Initiatives. In this role, his teams served a quarter of a million people annually constituents.

Will’s journey in the liberty movement began in 2008 while volunteering on a congressional campaign and simultaneously serving in ministry. His ministry experiences led him to understand the importance of personal responsibility to all human flourishing and along with a lot of reading became the basis of his classical liberal convictions. 

Will holds a degree in Computer Science and Russian from Duke University and an M.Div in Urban Ministry. He currently resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with his wife, Jaime and they are very proud of their four young adult children.
