Bio: Nycollas Liberato is the Brazilian Programs Director at Students For Liberty and the CEO of Brasil Empreende. He studied at the Agulhas Negras Military Academy and is a specialist in Political Theory and Leadership at the Universidad de Los Andes. He works in the area of management of Non-Governmental Organizations, having worked as Director of People Management at Instituto Atlantos, State Coordinator of LIVRES, and as President of Clube Empreendedorismo e Liberdade, being twice winner of the Smith Student Outreach award from Atlas Network as the best pro-freedom student project in the world. He is President of the Administrative Council of Instituto Atlantos, Counselor of Leadership in Schools, and alumnus of Instituto Mises Brasil.
