Everaldo Cavalcanti

Bio: Everaldo Cavalcanti is a Junior Associate for North America Programs at Students For Liberty, where he supports leadership development, trainings, regional growth, and program operations across the United States and Canada. Originally from Brazil, Everaldo joined the liberty movement through Students For Liberty Brazil in 2020. Since then, he has been involved in organizing events, supporting student leaders, developing trainings, and helping young people connect their ideas with real action. Before joining the North America team, Everaldo worked in education, hospitality management, human resources, and project coordination. He has a background in language teaching and school management, and earned his Master of Science in Management from St. Francis College in New York, with a focus on Project Management and Business Management. Everaldo is passionate about helping students become confident leaders and creating spaces where people can grow, take initiative, and build meaningful projects for liberty. His work is driven by a strong belief that young people can change their communities when they are given the right tools, network, and opportunity.
