Pavol Fukatsch graduated from BISLA in 2017. During his studies, he founded Slovak Students for Liberty, participated in several debating tournaments, and completed a number of internships and Erasmus in Tilburg, Netherlands. He went on to study International Relations at Charles University in Prague and became the regional coordinator for Central Europe for SFL. He also spent a semester at prestigious Sciences Po in Paris. He worked at the Czech Ministry of Interior in the eGovernment section, followed by a stint at the Speyside Group as a public policy consultant on cyber, digital technologies, and sustainability in the EU/CZ/SK. He is currently working at the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic as the chief data public policy advisor, covering forums of the EU Council, OECD, ITU or TTC.
