This event will address the main mistakes made by the neoclassical school of economics, and will address them from the perspective of the Austrian school of economics, thus presenting an alternative look at the one taught daily in university economics classes.
Speakers
Antony Peter Mueller is a German professor of economics who currently teaches at the federal university UFS in Brazil. Over his academic career, he held positions and did research at universities in Europe, the United States, where he was a Fulbright scholar, and in Latin America.
Philipp Bagus is a professor of economics at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. He is the author of The Tragedy of the Euro and coauthor of Deep Freeze: Iceland’s Economic Collapse.
