We invite you to the next conference organized by Slovak Students For Liberty: The Road from Serfdom. The name of the conference refers to F. A. Hayek book that celebrates the 75th anniversary of its publication this year.
On Saturday, December 7th, 2019 this student conference will take place at FSEV UK and will have as the main theme the 30th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution. At this event we will recall the importance of the Velvet Revolution, the Crimes of Communism and look at what Slovakia has achieved in the past 30 years and where we are going.
What to expect at The Road from Serfdom conference?
- A program full of lectures looking at Slovakia’s long journey towards a freer future.
- A parallel program organized by our partner Visegrad Journal with lectures and discussions on November’89 legacy
- Well-known lecturers and speakers in discussion panels
- A networking opportunity with young people with similar interests
