- Trevor Burrus is a research fellow in the Cato Institute’s Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies and editor-in-chief of the Cato Supreme Court Review. Burrus lectures regularly on behalf of the Federalist Society, the Institute for Humane Studies, the Foundation for Economics Education, and other organizations, and he frequently appears on major media outlets. He is also the co-host of Free Thoughts, a weekly podcast that covers topics in libertarian theory, history, and philosophy.

- David Boaz is the executive vice president of the Cato Institute and has played a key role in the development of the Cato Institute and the libertarian movement. He is the author of The Libertarian Mind: A Manifesto for Freedom and the editor of The Libertarian Reader. Boaz is a provocative commentator and a leading authority on domestic issues such as education choice, drug legalization, the growth of government, and the rise of libertarianism.

- Marian L. Tupy is the editor of HumanProgress.org and a senior policy analyst at the Cato Institute’s Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity. He specializes in globalization and global well-being, and the political economy of Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. His articles have been published in the Financial Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, U.S. News and World Report, The Atlantic, Newsweek, The U.K. Spectator, Weekly Standard, Foreign Policy, Reason magazine, and various other outlets both in the United States and overseas. Tupy has appeared on The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer, CNN International, BBC World, CNBC, MSNBC, Al Jazeera, and other channels. He has worked on the Council on Foreign Relations’ Commission on Angola, testified before the U.S. Congress on the economic situation in Zimbabwe, and briefed the Central Intelligence Agency and the State Department on political developments in Central Europe. Tupy received his BA in international relations and classics from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, and his PhD in international relations from the University of St. Andrews in Great Britain.

- Chris Inglese is a Certified Public Accountant in McLean, Virginia, with over 35 years of professional experience with the international accounting firm of Deloitte (formerly Touche Ross & Co) and his own firm, Christopher J. Inglese, P.C. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Taxation (from the American University) and a Bachelors of Science degree in Commerce – Accounting (from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce). A member of the American Institute of CPAs and the VA Society of CPAs. Mr. Inglese has authored “Tax Strategies for the One-Person Business”, “Day Trader Tax Guide”, and “Tax Checkup for S Corporation Owners” (out of print).
