- Taken from key chapters in his new book Superwealth, Max Borders will discuss the tendency of elites to demonize or lionize entrepreneurs. And yet the reality is much stranger: The nation is divided between Makers and Takers, and the Takers are thriving more in an incentive system that works increasingly against the Makers.
- Max Borders is editor of The Freeman magazine and director of content for The Foundation for Economic Education (FEE). He is also author of Superwealth: Why we should stop worrying about the gap between rich and poor. A writer and innovator with a decade of experience in the non-profit world, Max works daily towards a condition of peace, freedom and abundance for all people.
We run the program through webinars (web-based seminars), which allow us to stream a lecture live to hundreds of participants at the same time. Speakers and listeners join the program from their computers and interact in a live question and answer session after the lecture.
In addition to the webinars SFL conducts with speakers throughout the United States, last year SFL began offering webinars based overseas in conjunction with our European Executive Board. The ESFL webinars serve as a wonderful resource for students who are seeking educational opportunities from the perspective of prominent European libertarian scholars. As with our US-based webinars, students from all over the world are invited to listen to our live streaming lectures and participate in a live question and answer session after each webinar for free.
The Spring 2013 Webinar Series will run through early-May. We look forward to having you all tune in throughout the school year! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact Jennifer Jones, SFL’s Program Associate, at email@example.com.
