Bio: Monica is a Political Science student at Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio. She became interested in classical liberalism while in high school, and since then has immersed herself in it through SFL, IHS, and Youth for Paul. She is especially interested in education policy, Latin American relations, and film studies. Monica has found success through SFL by overturning a restriction at her school that disallowed students from talking about student government elections on the internet. As a CC, she hopes she can continue to fight for students’ rights at Hiram and to help other schools do the same on their campuses.
