Bio: Mariana is from Belo Horizonte, a big city in Brazil, where she started to work very young and understood the importance of a free market. At age seventeen she decided to study Management, but then realized it wasn’t her ideal career and changed her degree to International Relations – a decision that was driven by her new discovery of the Libertarian movement with the Libertopia study group and Estudantes Pela Liberdade. She joined EPL as a local coordinator and, a year later, became staff at SFL as Brazilian Groups Associate, developing and overseeing the Groups Program.

On Students For Liberty: “Meeting and joining SFL has changed my entire view of the world. Not only it has given me an amazing opportunity to work with very talented people, but it has shown me how great it is to see that there are so many individuals fighting for a freer future.”
