Students For Liberty is proud to announce our schedule of E-Leadership Webinars for the month of September. We will be holding a webinar every Monday at 8:00pm Eastern Time.

SFL E-Leadership is an interactive educational program providing students all over the world live virtual access to academic lectures on topics related to liberty, mentoring on activism, and advice for career building. Listening to the lectures is completely free, and students from all over the world are invited to participate.
We run the program through webinars (web-based seminars), which allow us to stream a lecture live to hundreds of participants at the same time. Speakers and listeners join the program from their computers and interact in a live question and answer session after the lecture.
The first webinar will be held on Monday, September 6, 2010; 8pm-9pm Eastern/Standard Time. Dr. Matthew Mitchell will present Poverty, Prosperity, and Economic Freedom, introducing the concept of economic freedom, explains how it relates to measures of well being such as life expectancy and per capita income, and discusses the ways in which the level of economic freedom is changing.
