European students can say goodbye to middle of the night webinars! This Tuesday, Febraury 21st, European Students For Liberty will bring you European speakers at easy and convenient hours for the first time!
Our first speaker will be Professor Josef Šíma. He is a professor of Economics and president of the CEVRO Institute, a private college located in Prague, and president of a major interdisciplinary gathering of free-market scholars, the Prague Conference on Political Economy. He is the founder and editor-in-chief of New Perspectives on Political Economy, and the author to numerous scholarly articles and books. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Cobden Centre in London, and an Adjunct Scholar at the Mises Institute. The title of his webinar is Markets and Prohibitions, and will explore the crippling repercussions of the prohibition of peaceful activities and exchanges.
