WHO IS JORDAN PAGE?

Jordan Page is a young singer/songwriter/guitarist who uses his music to promote a message of peace while educating and mobilizing resistance to tyranny and the erosion of American civil rights. He embodies the protesting spirit of past years that is so rare in music today. Armed with truth in song, he has raised up his voice in opposition to extreme military foreign policies, the corruption of the Federal Reserve, subversion of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, torture of prisoners, warrantless domestic surveillance, and oppression perpetrated by globalist elements in government. His songs are often stirring, and always challenging.

Jordan was a featured performer at the Revolution March in DC (over 10,000 attendees) where Dr. Ron Paul was the keynote speaker.  Jordan was also the headliner at the Midwest Liberty Fest in Duquoin, IL in October, as well as for the 2009 Freedom Summit in Phoenix, AZ this December.

Jordan is also performing at the Southern and Mid Atlantic Regional Conferences for SFL, and the International SFL Conference in February.

WHAT IS THE TOUR?

The concept of the tour is simple, but the value it can hold for your group is tremendous:

  • This is a BRAND SPANKIN’ NEW idea for liberty loving college groups. In short, we live in a pop-culture society, so why don’t we use it to our advantage?
  • Liberty loving student groups are often guilty of “preaching to the choir.” That is to say, we sometimes forget to do the outreach necessary to spread the message of freedom to the people who disagree with us. Additionally, when we do orchestrate the outreach, attendance at our events can be (to say the least) very, very low due to the fact and lack of overall “fun” present at the event.
  • What better way to outreach to your student body than to host a concert? A free concert no less!
  • You see, a concert that is laced with liberty is somewhat esoteric; that is to say, it’s pretty hard to pass up a concert that your group is hosting if you plan it right. It’s fun, it can be engaging, and you can open it up to the whole student body to bring out the students on your campus.

So what are the other benefits?

  • It is a great way to get new membership for your group!
  • It’s fun and people will come if you advertise it well (fliers, co-sponsoring it with the Student Union as a University event, tabling for it the week beforehand, etc.).
  • It provides a low-cost way to get an event on your campus; in fact, we don’t want you to spend a dime in hosting Jordan on your campus!

Wait… we don’t have to spend a DIME?

If you plan it right, you can in fact make the event very-low to no cost! The goal of the tour is to help raise awareness on campus and grow your group. This is accomplished not only by hosting the event, but by co-hosting it with your Student Union (or analogous group on your campus, like your Student Activities Office). Hosting Jordan at a stop on his tour will allow your group a unique opportunity to host an event that is nonpartisan and nonpolitical and you can therefore use funding from your Student Union! You see, the funds are going to be spent one way or another on a concert that probably has nothing to do with liberty. Why not use the funds for liberty, instead of letting your Student Union throw it all at fake pop-culture icons?

Some other added benefits you might not immediately be aware of:

  • Have an event that coincides with the concert and capitalize on the message behind Jordan’s songs.
  • Table for your group at the concert and have each interested student sign up!
  • Plug your future events and meetings.
  • Give out educational materials for each attendee.
  • The leader of your student liberty group will have the opportunity to give a speech about your club and the message of liberty! Honestly, when do you have the chance to talk to people at a concert?

How to host Jordan Page

To host Jordan Page on your campus for his spring liberty tour, shoot an email over to jordanpagemusic@gmail.com Jordan Page College Spring Liberty Tour in the subject line.  Let them know your group is in the Students For Liberty network and Jordan’s team will then help you with the logistics of the event and get your campus rocking! You may also call (410) 310-4528 to get plugged in.

If you need help coordinating and planning from Students For Liberty, please shoot an email to Jared Fuller, the project director, [jfuller@studentsforliberty.org] and he will help you plan out the event and put you directly in contact with Jordan.

This is a new and exciting way to spread our message today. We have brought it to you, but it’s up to you to use it for liberty!

re-educate yourself Anon,And you'll be damn happy that a few are singing the trueth to be heard .In fact after you wake-up you'll be forever greatfull that jordan had the courage to show you what he learned so you could hear a little admidst the censorship of today. You'll want to help spread the word the trueth or hide in the corner.of course you don't really want to do that, freedom needs our help.REally first learn take a statement from a song or subject matter and research it while you still can to see why jordan might sing what he sings .You'll be glad he's here with us and want to help.By the end of this month Architects and Engineers for 9/11 trueth Over 1000 contractors invovled in skyscrapers after many tests wiil report their findings to the public in a press con.?but you can look yourself right now you'll never be as easy to trick again
