Conferences
The philosophy of Students For Liberty is to sponsor and provide a forum of support for student organizations at the college level in our effort to help them thrive and build up a strong student movement for academic, social, and economic freedoms across the U.S and the world.
SFL sponsors all Regional Conferences and the annual International Students For Liberty conference through successful student-run organizations for liberty in various universities across the country. The role of SFL is to facilitate and support these events to help the hosting student organization build a student movement or liberty from the bottom up. Each conference is ultimately hosted, organized, and run by the campus organization. SFL serves as a facilitator and supporter, but it is the campus organization that deserves credit and recognition for their work. We are part of a student movement, a movement that students are leading.

In addition to SFL’s terrific conferences, we recognize that there are many other pro-liberty conferences that are valuable for students to attend. We don’t just want students to attend our conferences (though we do want that of course!). We also want to integrate students into the larger movement for liberty by having them attend other high-quality conferences. To that end, we negotiate student discounts, travel scholarships, and other opportunities for students to attend a variety of conferences. Check out the list of conferences below.
