Bio: Christine Harbin is a Research Manager at the American Legislative Exchange Council in Washington, DC. She also serves on the host committee for the DC chapter of Liberty on the Rocks, and is currently participating in the Koch Associate Program. Prior to joining ALEC, she worked as a policy analyst at the Show-Me Institute, a free market think tank in Saint Louis, Missouri. Christine interned with the National Economic Council at the White House in Washington, D.C., during spring 2007.
She holds undergraduate degrees in economics, mathematics, and French from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and an MBA with an emphasis in operations management from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. Christine considers widespread economic freedom to be one of the most important goals for sound public policy. When she’s not talking about public policy, she’s traveling or doing yoga.
