Bio: Cayce grew up in Birmingham, AL then attended the University of Alabama and Ole Miss. While in school, Cayce worked on various university fundraising campaigns. Summer after her junior year of college, she had the amazing opportunity to intern at the Cato Institute working in health care and welfare policy. By the middle of summer Cayce knew she wanted to pursue a career working in policy. After graduating college she joined the Rand Paul for Senate Campaign in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was part of the fundraising team that helped Senator Paul spread his message of limited government across Kentucky during the general election. Following his victory in November, she was given the unique opportunity to serve on Senator Paul’s transition team. Cayce currently works as one of his Senate staffers.
