Bio: Mark Lutter grew up in Bethesda, Maryland. He attended University of Maryland, College Park, graduating with a B.S. in mathematics in the spring of 2010. Mark spent the next year tutoring, as well as working as a contractor. He is a first year graduate student in the Economics PhD program at George Mason University.
