SFL’s fiscal year runs from July 1-June 30. On principle, SFL does not solicit or accept any government contributions. We are primarily funded by individuals and foundations that support the cause of liberty amongst students. In the 2008-2009 fiscal year, SFL raised approximately $50,000 with about $30,000 in operating expenses. As the charts below indicate, SFL’s finances more than quadrupled in both categories, with SFL raising more than $200,000 and incurring slightly more than $150,000 in operating expenses.
