Staff

Students For Liberty is a volunteer-run organization.  However, the organization has grown so rapidly in its first year, that we needed to hire our first full time staff member to keep the organization running.   Students For Liberty’s Program Manager, Clark Ruper, is responsible for overseeing the organization’s principal programs and daily affairs. An alumnus of the University of Michigan, Clark has been involved in most every pro-liberty student group known and has a wealth of experience in the pro-liberty nonprofit community.

Campus Coordinators Program

The SFL Campus Coordinators Program (CCP) is a new, year-long program that offers leadership positions to high-quality, high-potential students to provide them with the resources, incentives, and inspiration to organize other pro-liberty students and student groups in their areas. The CCP will choose a select number of students in the Spring of 2010 to be CCs, provide training on how to reach out to new students and develop student organizations over the summer of 2010, have CCs engage in significant student outreach and leadership training in their assigned regions during the start of the 2010-2011 school year, then continue to serve as a support resource for the students and student groups in their area throughout the entire 2010-2011 school year. CCs will serve as a new leadership tier in the SFL organization, providing local support for pro-liberty students and groups.

The Team

Students For Liberty has a wide range of student leaders working on the organizations many programs and activities who do not serve on the Executive Board and staff.  These individuals deserve their own recognition for keeping the organization running and perpetually growing.
